Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, assets, and approvals required for project execution.
Content Ownership: You warrant that all text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and content provided to Pullstack belong to you or that you have explicit permission to use them.
Final Deliverables: Upon complete payment of all project fees, full ownership and rights to custom visual designs and custom-built code created specifically for your project are transferred to you.
Pre-Existing Assets: Pullstack retains all rights to pre-existing code, framework boilerplates, reusable modules, automated workflows, and internal agency tools utilized during development.
Payment Terms: Project deposits and payment milestones are detailed in your project proposal. Work begins only after the initial deposit is confirmed.
Payment Methods: Payments are accepted via approved electronic methods, including mobile money (M-Pesa), direct bank transfers, or card processing gateways.
Late Payments: Delayed payments may cause project timelines to pause until balances are resolved.
Pullstack operates as your single point of accountability. While we utilize internal talent, AI-assisted development, and vetted external specialists for project execution, Pullstack maintains full oversight, code reviews, and quality control over all deliverables.
Pullstack will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime, third-party API changes, hosting provider failures, or loss of business data.
While we implement industry-standard security and testing practices, software is provided "as-is" following final client acceptance and sign-off.
